Digital inclusion and improving access to broadband is becoming increasingly important for business success.

Major investments in excess of £20 million are now taking place in Wiltshire, expanding access to superfast broadband and improving even further the IT infrastructure in the county.

Towns in Wiltshire are already benefiting from investments in broadband connections, with Trowbridge & Corsham regarded as one of the best-connected parts of the UK, as a result of its fibre optic broadband services and infrastructure.

Funding will also improve the infrastructure of areas where there is no planned investment by the telecoms providers over the next three years.

The Superfast Broadband Business Support Programme aims to stimulate awareness and demand for the take up of Superfast Broadband and to provide advice to local eligible businesses.
